I saw an option for a "Discounted B-stock" spare tire kit. What is this option?

Discounted B-Stock Spare Tire Kits are a great opportunity to have peace of mind at a lower price. 
When available, will offer spare tire kits that are less than perfect. We refer to these kits as B-Stock. 

What qualifies a spare tire kit as B-Stock? 

B-Stock Spare Tire Kits will have imperfections, but they do not affect their function and safety. 
On occasion, we will receive wheels with minor scratches and blemishes on the surface. We offer these wheels in Spare Tire Kits labeled Discounted B-Stock. All other components in the kit are new and are not part of a B-Stock inventory. In short, only the imperfect wheel qualifies a kit as B-Stock.
